Climbing the stairs non stop for more than 6 minutes! That's my fall back work out! Climbing the 9 floors at my workplace, twice, or in the building where I live, for 15 mins. I dunno if I really burn many calories, but I feel like I would die panting if I do it for more than 15 minutes! :P

Oh! I don't think starvation mode is a myth! It makes sense! Read up a bit on human physiology and you can be sure... I studied biochemistry at college, and my professor used to tell us all that our body reacts to shock in specific ways.. Phew! Thanks a lot, everyone! Am getting a measuring tape on my way home from work and will record my measurements first thing tommorow morning, and will keep tracking that to see how am doing. Now I know fluctuations happen and for many reasons! So, I won't panic and hate the scale... :)
