Excellent post - thank you for sharing. Just one small point - I think for sodium you mean 2000 - 2500 milligrams rather than grams!

I shake too after lifting weights for a few minutes - though i don't worry about it! Your protein intake is a bit low, you may consider increasing the amount as it feeds your muscles. Try a protein shake after exercising. :smile:

I have the same breakfast everyday, which makes like easier. I make my lunch and snacks for the day that morning or if I am really organised, the evening before.I then log everything that I know I am having so I know what calories are left for dinner. At weekend I am a bit less organised!

I cull my list every now and again. If someone hasn't logged in for three weeks or over (I leave it three weeks in case they are on holiday . I send them a message asking if all is OK, if I get no response then I delete. You cannot support someone if they don't login. I would expect the same if I decided not to login for 3…

Hi, welcome to MfP, You can add me for mutual motivation and support. I eat a carbs/fat/protein ratio of 40%/20%/40%, but I try to keep the protein higher than the carbs. I have lost 40 lbs and I am near to my gaol. KC :flowerforyou:

I have whey protein powder everday, like you to increase my daily protein intake.
