My boobs are getting a bit smaller - but I am happy about it as long as they don't get too saggy! when they were bigger I wasn't that comfortable with them anyway (my husband may disagree!). Don't understand the obsession with having big boobs, anyway.

I think when you start on this journey you can lose your way until you get the correct mindset. I do think using MFP really helps if you log your food and exercise daily. Also I love the fact that if you do exercise you can eat more (healthy food of course!). Just keep trying, you will get there. I thought I never would…

Clean eating certainly does help with the cravings- try to eat smaller meals every 3 hours to keep your blood sugar stable this will also help with the cravings. I have just turned 49 and it does get harder to lose weight the older you get. I was afraid I wouldn't lose anything so didn't try for ages, but I am happy say I have lost about 27 pounds so far :)

I am a Nigella fan - she looks fabulous. Although I have heard she is a bit of a fan of the botox, which she probably doesn't need. I guess it is the pressures of HD TV!

IT is horrific - I only eat free range or organic chicken. I won't eat battery hens on principle!

I have Labrada Pro V 60 in chocolate. I looked at loads of different ones before I choose this one. It has the highest protein content and lowest carbs I could find. It is also low in sugar and full of other nutrients. I have it in my porridge after strength training.
