age also plays a factor. i believe that my skin on my belly would be almost gone if i lost the last 10 pounds. it's got some fat under it. i know that i can get it almost all gone.

i believe you need to workout and that will make you look better than if you just diet to lose weight. i do pilates, yoga, barre, strength training and lots of walking.

i have a little bit in my stomach and arms, but it's totally worth it. sagging skin is far better than the fat. i don't have to wear a 2 piece. i wear a once peice bathing suit and look fantastic.

about 3 years ago I lost 110 pounds. now i am back up 20 or so and trying to lose that again. keep working hard and eating healthy and you will be at your goal weight soon enough. it's a life long battle. you will have to maintain a healthy lifestyle forever!

i started a squat challenge and worked my way up to 200 squats a day, now i just do 5 sets of 40 each day, 5 days a week. i can tell a big difference.

I wait to eat breakfast because if I eat right away I will overeat throughout the day.

I weigh daily but don't log the loss until it holds for a few days or so. Today I weighed a pound less than my last log but I won't log it until I know it's going to stick. That way I don't have to go back and forth.

i jog in place at home when i want to exercise in the evening. i have a dog but we don't go too far from home.
