If there was ever a time I wasn't hungry at meal time I would totally skip eating. I wish that would happen for me.

I find that when I do not eat more during the time leading to my period I will lose some weight quickly. Sometimes 5 pounds in a week. But if I do eat more then I do not lose during that time. Either way in the long run you will still lose, just don't go overboard.

just keep doing what you know to be right and wait the sadness will pass. don't give into it and do what you have always done before. feel the pain and wait for it to pass it will. you never know when but it will.

I lost over 100 pounds with Nutrisystem and I am keeping it off. I think they have the best program and it's by far much cheaper than any of the other programs. Message me if you want to discuss my success.

I lost over 100 pounds by counting calories and moving more. You don't need pills or surgery. You just need to burn more calories than you eat. It's not easy but you can do it.

I am 5'9" I started at nearly 300 pounds. I lost down to 152 about 2 years ago. I am back up to 173 and maintaining there. I am happy at my current weight but would love to get back down to 150 so I can wear my skinny jeans and shorts again!

i have a breakfast sandwich, jimmy dean delights or the breakfast bowl. other days i have oatmeal.

It really depends on where you are and how isolated it is. I walk early am but I take my dog and my family is up and would realize if i didn't get back at the usual time. the dog would alert me to anyone else out there.

my belly is the first to gain and the last to lose, so I would have to get down to almost no fat before I have a flat belly. it helps to work on those muscles though!

yes I do. I can have a piece of cake on my birthday and get back on the grind the next day.

When you find the one for you, they will love you no matter what. My husband sees me as beautiful no matter big or small. I see him the same way, he is the most handsome man in the universe no matter what. I truly believe that when you are with the right one for you, you will only see the best in them.

I spray the pan and sauté without any spices, I enjoy it just like that.

I like to have an apple with pb2 every day. also I enjoy my bell pepper, onion and mushroom veggie mix with dinner almost daily.

I use nutrisystem, it works for me. I have lost a lot of weight and kept it off for years. if you want to talk more about it PM me.

i do not like dance workouts because i am not coordinated. I enjoy barre, ellen barrett, tracey anderson, things like that.

12 days isn't that long, keep working at it, you will see results.

i workout before work, then i walk on my lunch break.

i can totally see a difference, i am doing 200 squats a night and have been doing it for over a month now.

only you can motivate and encourage yourself. it is your decision. eating and exercising are in your control. if you don't do it you really don't want to do it.
