I agree with the seeing a dr definitely. Even if you think you know what he/she will say. What about looking up some exercises you could do while sitting to try to build some strength? I have a 4 & 3 year old and 18 & 16 year old. It gets a bit chaotic here and I lose focus and once that happens it's back to the same habits!!

I was also on here and then left. I experience bouts of depression so that can be challenging and I'm hoping that getting back into eating healthy and exercising again will help. I love to read too!

Lets see....I had bar-b-q pork ribs-extra sauce, pasta salad, baked beans, brownie with ice cream and fresh strawberries. Oh...and Wise potatoe chips as an appetizer. So today is another day and I will hopefully not 'cheat' the rest of the week. I keep telling my self it's not a 'diet' it's a lifestyle change.

I have a St. Bernard named Cooper who is 240lbs. We 'rescued' him from people who did not want him anymore, because of his size, four (4) years ago. He will be 7 in December. He is the biggest baby ever.

I do not drink. Have not since I was 22 for many reasons. I'm not bothered by others drinking, unless they become really obnoxious. I actually like to people watch and it's always more fun watching the drunk people!! :bigsmile:

Yes, most times I go with what the Fitbit updates on MFP except on the days I go to the gym. Then I adjust that myself.

Right now I go 2x a week, Tues/Fri for 1 - 11/2 hours and sometimes 2hrs. I go to a private gym with a trainer so alot of times it's one on one or just a couple of us. It's a killer workout.

I only have one cup a day. I like mine with french vanilla in it and I'm careful with measuring the creamer. It's my morning pick me up. I could give it up but really don't want to. I enjoy it. I don't think there are really all that many calories in the coffee to make a difference....it's the creamer and sugar that kills…

I'm 5'9" and I wear heels. My husband is 5'10" so that makes me taller than him but he finds it sexy.....guess it's personal preference. If it makes YOU feel great to wear heels then wear them!!
