5'10 190 LB My jeans that are 18 extra long don't fit (yet) but I do have some size 15 shorts from khols that "fit" they are very (very) snugg; but at least they button. I mostly wear skirts that are larges/exta larges. I'm wanting to get back into my mediums, I think a small would be asking to much of my mommy hips.

I got my yoga pants from Sams club. They always have some kind of yoga pants that are like two for $10 so I can afford it and they fit nice and are comfertable. I'll need to get more soon in a smaller size.

I use the gym's scale because mine sucks, I weigh after my exercise and shower. but I deffinatly have clothes on; but if I had a reliable one at home I would do it in the morning before eating and naked.

No, but you should strength train at home so that you look how you want because I'm sure you don't want to look anorexic. As was said EA Sports Active 2 has both and I really like doing though though my version of easy and it's version of easy are not the same. Are you doing some kind of strength training? If you just started working out your probably gaining some muscle even if your not specifically strength training. Give it a couple of weeks and it will start going down.

I just ordered a Polar FT7 I bought it through Amazon for $78 I'm not sure if that's what you mean by cheap but from what I saw it was a good price for the features.

I"m not sure about the ones at the gym but the one my dad got for our home I am sure is way off, I'm sure I'm not burning 100 calories walking a mile at my normal spead exspecially when I did that every day for four years of high school.

I think classes should be offered two or three times a day so people on different sceduals can take them. I really like the outdooreyness of your gym I would love to go there; but I would want it open 24/7 because my husband works nights and I love working out after midnight.

LovesAdventure is right, the best shoe is just your foot (there is scientific proof). Anything I do at home I'm bearfoot if I'm out I have my tennies (from walmart) with my arch suports. I can't wear most nicer tennies because the archs are to hight for me. But it really is better for your feet to go with out when possible.
