Exactly why I did it!!! I am (used to be) a choc-o-holic... and when I saw "Oats and Chocolate" I was sold. And actually... those bars taste pretty darn good compared to any other 90 calorie option out there!.. Just wish it didn't do this to me!

Glad I'm not the only one! I used to be a once a day kind of gal (sorry, TMI)... just from eating fruit.. almonds... protein shakes, etc. I'm going to steer clear of anything relating to the brand Fiber One going forward.

You're probably adding too much water. But really, shouldn't your herbalife distributor be helping you with this? I mean- thats why there's a ridiculous mark up on the stuff.. paying their salary.. so they should be able to at least help you make the shakes if they're going to sell em to ya!

I agree with others, if you're not hungry in the morning then don't eat. :) There are many Saturday or Sunday mornings when I've gone over on my calories the night before, and rather than eating a breakfast that morning because I "have to" I just go work out and assume I'm burning the overage of calories from the day…

Phentermine is a prescription that you can only get from a doctor. Phentramine is sold over the counter, online... and its not the same thing. Be careful. You don't know who you're buying this from- and what they're putting in the pills. Just an FYI.

Sure why not.. it wouldn't hurt to do one in the morning, then one at night (if you have the energy for it... then go for it!). Or, as mentioned alternating days. They are both very challenging and will yield great results, however you don't want to get burnt out or hurt yourself.

Haha that is awesome! I've heard many women who have lost a ton of weight and leaned out, but then their muscles end up making them wear a different size or even make their old jeans fit differently. Not saying that happened here, but similar. :)

I saw in one of your other posts that you're 5'4" and at 150. Maybe try scaling back 10% on total calories and see if that works? I've seen many people have success by cutting their calories back just a little bit when they're not losing. Or, if you're taking in 1500 calories a day... maybe try getting at least 30 minutes…

My face looking thinner. With weight gain my face got this round shape to it, and my cheeks got chubbier. I've been all the way up to 172... and now I'm at 163 but it still looks round as if I haven't lost weight. I'm looking forward to losing a few more pounds and it not necessarily being a pant size- but a face size. :)…
