I weigh in the same day/time once a week (friday morning) no matter what time of month. Even if I am up a pound or 2, that gives me more motivation to work it off for next week's weigh in. Then sometimes not only have I lost that bloat the next week.. but maybe even another .5-2 lbs :)

Depends what kind of job it is. I would say if you're sitting at a desk, or cash register all day, it would still be sedentary. If you do cashier work in retail or stand all day and walk around occassionally, I think thats enough for you to enter the next level up (lightly active?).

If I had to do stuff other than what you've named (which is everything I love to do too).. then I'd pick floor exercises that use your body weight like planks, ab exercises, light lunges, maybe some arm exercises. :)
