Just finished day 2 I survived, some was a little easier, some harder for me today. My upper body must be weak! I don't get very much movement in the push ups. My arms feel like they are gonna fall off. Jumping Jacks wear me out today, I'm a mess! BUT, I did keep going and I did finish today. I'm not giving up! Good luck…

I have a larger size belly as well as larger breasts. The jumping jacks particularly are difficult the way I "flop" around. Unfortunatly, the belly moves as well. I'm only completed day 2 so far. I'm glad you asked this, I thought I might get a few and take them to work to mix things up a bit. A lot of time, I'll end up having the same lunch all week because it's a meal that I've fixed just for work. It get's old eating the same thing every day.
