I alternate 30ds and blast fat/boost metabolism. I'm 233 pounds, my HRM said that I burned 293 today doing level 1 of 30ds. I still had a hard time, but easier than when I did the 30ds the first time around. I didn't have an HRM at that time, so I just logged it as circuit training general.

My advice, keep at it. You may not be perfect at any of the movements, but you will find if you simply keep trying, you will get better. I did 30ds and hated level 2 as well, I did it, but hated it. I'm now doing the banish fat, boost metabolism every other day, with 30ds level 1 or 3, on the days I'm not doing bfbm. BFBM is a great cardio, I just like to mix it up with a little strength thats in 30ds.

57 pounds is awesome! I bet there's a LOT of difference and everyone else will be able to see it! Sometimes, it's hard to see ourselves as others do. 57 pounds is an awesome achievement, relish in it! Be proud and stand tall, you've worked hard!

Great job! I was afraid before starting too. I thought being so big to start, that there was no way. I'm on day 7 of level 3 today. I'm amazed at the changes I've had so far. I'll do measurements once I get finished. I had never really committed to this type of circuit training before, I think I might be hooked now.

Thanks! It's so hard not to be disappointed with a gain at weigh in, but you're right. What's there this week will disappear over time and the trend is loss. That's what matters! Thanks for the reminder!
