I've been at this fitness thing for 300 days and it's hard to believe how much better I feel than the day that I started. I've learned alot about myself in this time and hope that I can continue to improve everyday. This is healthiest and most fit that I have felt in quite some time. Thanks to all my MFPers have given me so much support and enjoyment on my journey - you definitely are a big part of my success!
