What is truly inspiring to me

It is amazing on here to see how much progress that so many people have made.
I have some on my friends list that have lost 2-300 pounds.
There are marathon runners and couch potatos, single 20 somethings and 60 year old grandmothers.
There are a lot of people on here that don't feel like they are making the progress that they would like to see. This includes me.
For those of you struggling with the numbers, please remember that this is when you inspire others the most.
It is so easy to go to the gym every day when you are dropping 1-3 pounds a week and things are on track.
What is truly inspiring is
when you bust your *kitten* even though you haven't lost a pound in months
when you switch up your routine and gain some as your body adjusts
when you try new things and tweak the old even if it ends up being a mistake
the fact that you keep showing up, and keep pushing.
You motivate the hell out of me when you show up and leave it all in the gym, or on the road.
The only person that is mad about your weigh in, is you.

I agree. It's truly motivational, and as a fello "lost 100+ pounder" I'm also struggling with watching the scale stay the same or creep down slower than I would like as I get closer to my goal weight. I'm hanging in there and i hope you do too. I keep telling myself "it's a lifestyle change, not a diet - you'll get there eventually" God willing0
