Changing goals every 10 pounds?
When I weighed in this morning, I hit 10 pound loss (14) MFP asked if I wanted to recalculate my goals. I said no, then I got to wondering if I should. how do you track the calories burned for this? I know eveyrone is different, but if u don't have a heart rate monitor, do ya just guesstimate?
