ur time of day. i always weigh about two lbs heavier at night than i did that morning. then its comes back off.. its all the liquid and food u ate during the day that hasn't digested yet

i think its more not when u eat buy how long before u go to sleep.. like i heard not to eat 3 hours before go to sleep...don't know if that has anything or not

i think it depends on what it is.......like me when i crave chips its becaus they happen to be my most favorite snack and i miss it. but if its something healthy then its something ur body is telling u u need. . my mother in law told me once she was craving greens and that it was her body telling her she needed some iron.…

o thanks. i will try the walking on my heels. and yes im getting some rrunning shoes. cuz i also need good ankle support........my ankles hurt worse than my shins. my husband has ground me from running for 3 days..

i always listen to music when i work out.. i can't do it without the music. and as for the sport bra atm i'm doubling u w a regular bra and a sports bra... i can't afford a good one at the moment..bt my next step is getting m agood pair of running shoes as i hae fairly bad ankles pllus the shoes i have now are like 2 sizs…

no its not cheating but i'm sure it helps w lack of heat and i think u automatically run slower joggng in place. cuz i can go at 20-30 min nonstop inside and when i first started i could barely get 2 min....but i'll keep it mind. espially if i happen to have a rainy day on my runnin day.

i like this idea too. i will definately try that.....that will probably help.. i usually chew gum to help me focus my breathing cuz i heard its suppose to help but i notced it makes me more thirsty sometimes when my mouth is constantly moving lol

my second toe does it on my right foot.....like someone said i think it may be constant pressure cuz mine only does it when i dance.....and i do it barefoot and tend to stay on my toes...........first time it happened i thought maybe i had broken my toe or something cuz i stubbed it earlier that day lmao
