girl u can do this...it can be hard but it can also be easy if u get in the right frame of mind....i still have junk every so often...just not as often as i did before or as much...but it helps w the cravings....good luck to u....and i am here for u. :)

mine was when i seen my sister in law who was always twice as big as me....she started counting calories and just over a year got down to my size.....i was like i wanna do that...and also i didn't want to end up being the biggest out of us all....kinda mean sounding but it got me going....

OOOOOHHHHH YUMMY..... i just started season 2 on dvd last night....i have 1-3. i have yet to see season 4 yet....but i will be getting it on dvd too as soon as i can afford it.

yeah i can handle two cuz i did last week....so i should go up to two a week and how profitable is doing ur excercise on an empty stomach...i'm always reading about fasted cardio...i'd be kinda scared to do that.

that's what i thought.. but my friend says its specific cheeses and no bacon.....they way i want to do mine is use colby jack and and swiss and then turkey and ham lunch meat.....wrap in bacon maybe top w mozzerella on top.

lol i agree w the fact that it is all liquid to keep u hydrated...but i do believe in water is water....everything may haave water but the add stuff turns into something else...now tea on the other hand i'm still iffy because i don't add sugar or anything to it.....lol but i do count them seperate. if i'm counting water…

lol this is me i have a 3 yr old baby and a 28 yr old baby. so when i clean i'm in constant movement as well. picking up toys clothes, etc etc so i do log it that...if its just the occasional pick up dish or cloth and put it where it goes type thing no i don't log it. lol

hmmm i actually haven't thought about it. maybe a bikini as i usually wear tankinis......cute tiny clothes that i've never been able to wear and maybe at least 1 really really slutty outfit. lol just because i can pull it off finally......:P

omg i love love love cottage cheese as does my 3 yr old. i like eating it w tuna. some ppl like to eat it w tomatoes......and for the one who said pasta....alot of ppl put it in there lasagna.....and its also good w fruits like melon type fruits....i.e canteloupes. watermellon....etc.....hope this helps......

lol well as of right now i have to wear my regular under my sports bra cuz its all i have. but i will get a cupped one to wear under it because money is tight so ican't get one too expensive. but i have a catherine's right around the corner which is the same as lane bryants so i'll see what they have. lol

i am a 38ddd...and i have yet to find one my size that actually works. but i've heard and tried wearing my regular bra w the sports bra on top. i find it really works to keep them as still as they can while i'm jogging. they still have a slight bounce but it doesn't hurt so i'm guesssing good support. so i guess u can give…

i have to have music. it gets very boring and lasts alot longer (feels like) than without. i use anything very fast beat that would get moving whether i'm working out or not.....lol i can't even clean without having music. lol
