i just made something healthy tonight. and i was very satisfied with it. i made a meatloaf out of chicken instead of hamburger. obviously healthy. taste just like meatloaf, but a little better in my opinion. i was quite happy w myself for thinking of this. :)

my bmi tells me i'm obese too. u need to calculate ur body fat percentage. i am at 33% body fat which is just into healthy. go to this site it will tell u. healthyforms.com click on helpful tools and the body fat calculator. good luck.

ok awesome. yeah i try to find stuff w lots of protein. i've recently stocked up on alot of nuts. i think my main problem is probably bread. but i'm trying to cut that back. and i love fresh veggies. thanks guys. add me if u want. :)

i dance. just normal regular however the music moves u dancing. 20 min a day. i've noticed my tummy pooch has shrunk quite considerable. i sorta focus on my tummy when i dance like keeping it tight and do moves that i can feel is working my tummy. but for most part i just dance. and its working good on my thighs as well.…

i've heard the best way to speed up ur metabolism is to eat more often. just smaller stuff. the longer u wait to eat then ur body goes in starvation mode then it will store what u eat because it doesn't know when it will get to eat again. and yes i think 800 sounds dangerous. i think if u really want to cut back start off…

i'm not sure what the closest would be. the workout i plan on doing includes different things like side cross kicks. squat jacks,scissor kicks,walking lunges,push ups, and squats w raised arms and double crunches.
