I use a brand called "Live Clean" It's a vegan natural shampoo you can buy in Canada, most drugstores carry it and walmart has it! Seems to work great in the winter months :)

I wouldn't eat gluten free to try and loose weight, acne maybe? I have celiac diease and it has helped me out greatly eating properly with the gluten free items. I use protein powder in the morning, throw it in the blender with some frozen berries and a little 100% juice and some water, kills the taste of the protein powder... I prefer to use the vanilla flavor!

I think 7 lbs in 3 weeks is fantastic! Everyone is different I believe in the way they loose weight, at first it may come off fast but 1 to 2 pounds a week is healthy :) If your feeling your loosing to slowly don't feel this way, your doing great!
