Make your own :) some water,cocoa to a boil on the stove, stirring constantly, add some vanilla and a sweetner or go light on the sugar, add milk and warm up! Cinnamon added makes a nice touch to it also.

Yes, I faithfully record everything, There is a lot of times I am over but I always record, and if Im not sure what the portion size is I make sure I record over that amount.

I actually am just the opposite, When I am on the pill I don't get cravings and I'm a lot less hungry than off of it! I've been off and on it several times, when I'm on it I loose around 15 lbs, each time I came off it I gained the 15 lbs and then some! I've lost 10 lbs so far and definately can't see or feel any difference and my measurements are the same, I'm guessing mine was all water weight lost! Keep going it will show after a while. I have a lot to loose so I'll probably need to loose 35 lbs or so before I notice a change. Keep up the great work.

This morning I had fresh strawberries, cornflakes, and used greek yogurt on it instead of milk! I usually make smoothies though for breakfast!

Maybe try and incorporate some healthy fats(olive oil) into your meals? Fresh squeeze a glass of juice, they will add up quickly in calories, or buy 100% juice to drink.... I'm not really sure, I have no problem eating my calories for the day but hopefully you can fit some in there somewhere as it may slow your weight loss…

I usually go for greek yogurt, just a couple spoon fulls, or fresh fruit or cheese.... I stick with the yogurt or cheese if Im really hungry!

Hey I've just started level 2 a couple days ago, I as well measured after level one to find out I haven't changed at all! I've read on here though that it is during and after level 2 you see the most inches lost! Good luck, let me know how you make out with it!

I completely agree, I finished day 5 up this morning as well, and it does get a little easier as each day goes on! Hey, just wondering if you've tried Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred, I don't think you'd see so much the weight loss, but it helps to loose inches! If you look under some of the thread you can see some great progress people made in only 30 days!! Good luck to you! I'm sure you can do it!

I forgot to mention, the first day I never wore anything on my feet but since I've worn my sneakers, I've been told it's not good to work out without shoes on unless I'm doing yoga/pilates or something similar.
