Light vs Regular cheese
Im told I should eat light cheese, however when I buy it once I have a piece I can not stay out of it? Why is this does anyone know? Would it be better if I just bought regular where I know I can contain cravings.

Calories Burned question
When signing up in my profile it asks about exercise weekly. I put in 4 times a week 60 mins each time. Is this calculated into the amount of daily calories to be eaten or do I still input the exercise and then it gives me more calories to eat? Im a bit confused on this part. Any help would be great.

Dumb bells
I got a few pairs of dumb bells ( 1 lbs, 2 lbs, 3 lbs and 5 lbs). What would you recommend for exercises to do? I have a lot of weight to loose ( 80 lbs ). I currently walk 6 kms a day and have just decided I would start using some small weights. Do you suggest a large number of reps? Any info would be great!

Endrometriosis Operation
Has any women had endometriosis operated on? I was on Tuesday and still tonight when I lay down I get such servere pain in my ribs that its hard to breath and it feels like my ribs are going to bust apart, is this normal does anyone know, its VERY painful....

Hi, I am just wondering are you suppose to eat your daily Fat grams per day that they set for you? I never consume this much in the run of a day, does that mean it's unhealthy and I need to find a way to incorporate it in my daily meals?
