When signing up in my profile it asks about exercise weekly. I put in 4 times a week 60 mins each time. Is this calculated into the amount of daily calories to be eaten or do I still input the exercise and then it gives me more calories to eat? Im a bit confused on this part. Any help would be great.

No it's just a stated goal and doesn't affect your calorie allowance.
So you should add your exercise to the exercise diary and, as you say correctly, you get credited with those calories so that you maintain the calorie balance goal you have set.
Try and be consistent for a number of weeks and adjust the calorie allowance if required based on your actual results.

It's just a goal you set and has no relevance on your allowances.0
