30 Day Shred Question...

Can someone please tell me if I am still not that good on level one of 30 day shred after 10 days, should I still move on to level 2 ??? Or does most people stick with it on level one until they can do everything? Thanks

    Stick with level one until you feel comfortable moving up. It doesn't have to be completed in 30 days. Good luck!

    Agree with above poster...until you feel comfortable and not panting like a dog (lol), stick to lvl 1. I did each lvl for 2 weeks but it was my 2nd go round with the 30 day shred. :smile:

    I'd stick with Level 1 until you're able to complete the entire level without resting. I did Level 1 in 12 days and wasn't doing it every day, usually only every other day. It's important to push yourself but you want to be ready for Level 2 so there's nothing wrong with taking your time!
