I'm starting to get back into DDP Yoga and I'm adding weight training with it as well. I follow the no gluten part of the diet, but I'm sticking with my diary.

Salmon on a bed of fresh spinach leaves and topped with Bolthouse Farms Yogurt based dressing of Parmesian is to die for. Can't afford the salmon, tuna it is.

Of course. I see less and less men wanting to take care of their children and family. Some men would rather play in the street than grow up and take responbility for their lives and the lives of their loved ones. So yes, masculinity is in a crisis in America.

I always skipped breakfast because I never had the time, and then I got use to not eating it. I usually eat a late lunch and then dinner. I'm trying to not eat after 5, but since I work till then, this is kinda hard.

My vitamin D levels were waaay low when I went to the doctor. He told me to take Vitamin D supplements three times a day to build it back up. I need to start walking more to get some sunshine.

I"m a big time gamer. Right now I'm still playing Mass Effect 3 (little disappointed from the ending). Red Dead Redemption, Castlevania series, Zelda series, Mario series, God of War series, Rock Band series, Batman Arkham A and City, Fable 1 and 2, original Ninja GAiden series on NES, etc

I take psylium fiber, drink detox tea, and I make sure I have enough magnesium in my system. I recently had this problem Friday and went to get some Milk of Magnesia. Worked like a charm.

I use to live off of tuna fish and rice. I lost all kinds of weight doing that .

I don't drink that much myself, but I carry a water jug with me to work daily. It's about 32 or 34 oz of water. I have to full it up before I leave work in order to make it to 8 glasses of water a day. I also add a tbs of organic apple cider vinger to my water. No calories, and it gives it a kick to boot.

I see it as my body expelling all that nasty stuff that was inside my body. It's happening even more so since I've been taking black walnut and wormwood extract. But I know later on my skin will be clean and smooth.

I saw a recipe on youtube where the base is made of ground turkey. She rolled the ground turkey meat in Quaker Oats and baked it on both sides for five minutes. Then she added her toppings with feta cheese, tomato paste, and veggies for 10 more minutes and viola! Personal mini pizzas with low carbs.
