I think it will work to a point! I have lost what I have lost watching what I eat but still enjoying the good stuff. But i have hit a block were the weight is not coming off as fast anymore. It gets annoying

Oh the drinking is killing my diet!! I made myself the promise no more drinking weekend. I get soo stressed that I will have two or three beers at night after my daughter goes to bed.. What is the group you created>??

I have a complete change in myself. I am more active, I get down on the floor with my daughter and play, I am not embarrassed now if my husband sees me. I have more self confidence!!

I just got a new one the Polar F4, I can't wait to use it. I just got it saturday! I have heard a lot of good things about Polar. SO far one things i love is the size of the watch. My old one was bigger and more bulky.

I have felt the bone issue also. I cannot lay on my side comfortably anymore because my hip bone actually sticks out. It is a nice feeling to feel my bones but still a pain in the butt when I love laying on my side to sleep and can't anymore HA

its just odd how its never the same. Today I had a smart One weight watcher meal. Ive had it a million times and eaten the whole thing. Today I had like 5 bites, and I am stuff to the max!

I went to a class and had a blast. bought the DVD's and to me the class was more fun because your with other people. Plus they break down the dances a lot better to get the hang of it. I would say try it out!

I agree with the carrots! those help me. I get the same way, i wont have it forever then TOM comes and all I want is sweets. I just over estimating LOL... I am pretty sure i have a high fat %, so I am just wondering if I should concentrate more like i have been on cardio or should i treat weight lifting as important as cardio?

My daughter keeps me going. I keep her picture up on my phone during work outs. I want to be better and healthier for her. I want to be a better example. Plus my hubby and I are talking about a 2nd child, and I want to get to my goal weight so then this time around I only have to lose the baby weight!

I have been here a little over a year. I started off, then I had stopped and got back on track Feb 2011. I have lost a total of 50lbs since Feb, a total of 58 since I started my life change in Aug. 2010.

I wear a tshirt and sweats. I look at it, as i am at the gym I dont need to be in fancy work out clothes.

I still have issues with the mirror and pictures, because my biggest area and ym most stubborn area is by thighs. It is taking forever to lose from there. it is driving me nuts. so until those get small, I will have a hard time with the mirror and pictures

do you have a video that maybe you and the son that doesnt nap can do together? my daughter is only 18 months and she will doing 30DS with me. Well she more just does her own thing, but still it keeps her occupied so i can get my work out in!
