I am a horrible stress eater.. There are days I go over board and there are days I don't eat.Normally weekends I don't eat much. Maybe you should talk to a doctor?? I have been having depression issues and decided to make the step to do talk to my doctor.

I think you can still lose with drinking. You have to allow yourself to enjoy things in life in moderation. Unless you have some sort of drinking problem. Me personally enjoy my weekend beers, and it normally gets worse in summer with all the BBQ's we go to. Just watch your moderation if you dont want to keep it. Honestly…

when I first started i was on 1200cals. but as i lost weight it just wasnt enough anymore, so I increased my intake. It all depends on you and what you feel is right for you. everyone has their own thoughts but it comes down to you.. MFP wont ever go below 1200 cals either though.
