I have to agree with the above. I am married with one child, we never really celebrate Vday which I am fine with. But honestly there are moments in time i miss being single and on the go!

I would say those unhealthy things, let them in once in awhile so you dont feel the urge to binge maybe?? Also, too if one day you over eat on something very healthy let it go, tomorrow is a new day!

I've wonder the same thing. I have a HRM I use for all my work outs and I have never so far burned over 600 cals. HOnestly though i Dont mind it, because to me more 800 cals burn seem a little excessive anyways. I think people forget they are burning calories all day long.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't look at it as you are complaining. I believe there are people on FB/Twitter and so one that use that as their only outlet. it gets annoying when people talk about the same stuff allllll the time.over and over about health issues or whatever. You want to tell then just to fix it than!!…

I have this exact issue. I think by forbidding certain things we all know we love, leads to failure, giving up and so on. I allow myself some Processed and unhealthy things time and again. and look at my portions that i am eating. I am a picky eater, i hate eggs (though i will sometimes force them down) i hate cottage…

I also do this. I burn between 250 and 320 cals. depending how much effort I put into it

From my personal experience at first you will but then bam you stop. That is what I am going through right now. I love 30 day shred, and also biggest loser cardio videos. I have learned some nice work outs from my boot camp using just body weight. they tend to need a swiss ball though.

I enjoy 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals. Also like the biggest loser cardio videos. I have also been taking boot camp classes and have learned a lot of bodyweight work outs that I enjoy. Look up on youtube they can give you some good examples!
