For one and half pounds a week my carbs are set at 172 I always go over. But I am just wondering if you go over with veggies and things like that if I shouldn't be too concerned.

That's what I need to do, prepare everything for the week on the weekend. I normally do it the night before and that's why i get lazy don't feel like making a lunch so I just grab a frozen dinner.. Thanks!!!

I have had my thyroid check. I had it done about 4 months ago. So my thyroid I know is good.

I do measure what I have. I have a scale and I use my measuring cups. I appreciate everyone's input, it has been very helpful. NO MORE FROZEN DINNERS!! I am going to add sugar to my logging also.

I do use a heart rate monitor so I know my cals burn it correct. I listed it as Kettlebell Cardio but MFP just put in Cardio That why it looks funny.

I am 5'2 and 185lbs. I try to work out at least 5 days a week. 3 of those days i do my boot camp which I normally burn 400-600 cals. Depending what class I am taking. I normally do Kettlebells and ropes when I do the boot camp

I don't record Vitamins and gum things like that even hard candy i will have a piece every once in a great while and I don't log that. things like that, that aren't really any calories and something like a piece of gum, your going to work that off just sitting on your butt doing nothing for the amount of cals that is in it.

I do have a gym membership but I also do stuff at home. I was busting my butt in the gym for like the past 2 months and nothing.
