it might want to be something you consider just for as long as you been trying to do this. what about your foods a lot of processed stuff? I actually just starting reading Mastering your metabolism by Jillian Michaels. Also, like stated before make sure your NET cals are at 1200-1500

I was just curious to see. I am not going to log it at all because I figured it as regular day cal burn. the only time i log odd things is when i Mow the law, shovel snow or rake leaves. after exercising you should still eat at least 1200 cals. your net cals should be at 1200. I have this problem too. So I started paying attention more to my Net cals!

I have to admit with some, some people just pick you apart. I know there is a note section but sometimes I forget to put that Saturday is my spike day in Cals. and I've gotten told some not so nice things.

get some fiber in your system. Either go get it in the pill form, might work faster. I had to take extra fiber pills during my pregnancy i was sooooo worried about getting hemorrhoids LOL

I had gastric Bypass in 2004. i gained weight over the past two years. I am now 53lbs down and trying to get back down to my post weight after surgery. Feel free to add me as friend =o)

I actually found out from a friend's trainer that muscle holds water. SO if you been busting butt and really working those muscles that could be it. I wouldnt stress i am sure its water..

It stinks when you put in so much work and no one notices. But honestly I am at 53lbs, a total of 61 since having my daughter may 2010 and i think probably just a month ago people at work and stuff started saying stuff. Plus people may notice and just not say anything because they arent sure. Keep your head up.Couple more…

I just found some on All Recipes.com. You can go to the option of Healthy Cooking and choose chicken. SO far two i got was for a cranberry pineapple chicken, which turns out to be 374 cals per serving and the other one is a Basil Chicken with Angel Hair pasta, which is 362 cals per serving

I have to agree with the posting that who cares about Paula Deen. It is her choice to make if she wants to represent a drug company for money, and it is every humans choice on what they shovel into their mouth. I would say give it time since your only at 11lbs. soon enough you will start to see a difference

MFP is always off with no matter what I put in there.It either is to high or too low. If your looking for a more accurate reading, I suggest a Heart Rate Monitor. I love mine!!! i use to too for things like raking leaves mowing the law or shoveling snow!!

I don't look at it as cheating.. A great friend here on MFP has taught me to have my "spike day' which I started doing on saturdays. I eat whatever I want. I still log, but well over my cals.
