You could always just try level two, just because your not sore doesnt mean it isnt working. I bumped up to level 2 when I saw I wasnt burning calories the way i was when i first started. I actually like level 2 more! How are yo on the moves in level one? Can you do them all?

I have seen a lot of articles saying they are linked but I am not sure how true it really is. I would assume if you have problems already with spicy foods, but I dont believe they can cause damages unless maybe you plan on eating a jar of jalapenos or something.

You would be surprised with the chest strap. I don't even notice mine. I believe the bad reviews is because with no chest strap it doesn't read that well. If your going to fork out the money try one with the chest strap. If you don't like it make sure it is a returnable item

If i could go back i would not have any surgery (had gastric bypass) but if I had the choice i would do Lap Band, recovery is better and it is less invasive. Feel free to email me is any othe rquestions

What has worked for me is squats i havent found anything else. A lot of people say you can not do spot reduction which I do agree with to a point.

I first did it as circuit training until I got my HRM and was able to log from that. MFP way over estimates. I burn 150-200 cals when doing 30 day shred

I think at some point all of us were in denial about how we ate and things like that. I would suggest the site and how its helped you but it is going to take HER and HER only to realize what she is doing isn't helping her weight loss. You may just have to suck it up and ignore when she makes weight comments.

Like everyone else HRM is the best way to go. I have the Polar Ft4 once I figured it out I love it!!! I had one from Walmart called sportsline. I had a lot of issues of it registering properly.
