Depression and motivation
Is anyone else having this battle? I am going to the doctor Friday, but I have been feeling really off for the past few months, but it has gotten worse. How do you battle such feelings and find the motivation to work out?! I just cant find it. Anyone have some helpful pointers?

Am I understanding this correctly
I know calories in and out blah blah blah... So I was doing some reading and calculations.. My BMR is 1515 My Cal intake on MFP is 1400 that only leaves without working out a deficit of 115 cals a day, and that's if I don't go over on days I dont work out. Need Help...
Can someone help me I am confused. I added a new recipe and it asks how many servings. I put that the recipe i made serves 7. But it doesn't ask the serving size which is 2 cups. So when adding it to by diary it would I have put that I ate one serving or 2???

Bad Carbs/Good Carbs
I tend to not pay attention to my sugar from my fruit. If my sugar is over but its because of fresh fruit I don't worry. I was horrible at paying attention to my carbs, but I am starting fresh. Do you treat your carbs the same way? Not worry about them if you know they are "good carbs"

I rarely get sick from eating anymore, but there are times I have logged my food and ended up getting sick and throwing up because I over ate at that meal. Do you delete your entry if you get sick??? or do you just keep it?

Net Calories
I already did a search and did not find the answer I was looking for. I was wondering does your Net Calories have to negative in order to actually lose weight?? I know the net cals take in what you ate and then you minus your work out, but does it have to be a negative number?

I am currently at 187. I started out after having my daughter at 245. I have the dream of being about 135, but honestly cant even remember when I ever was that weight.
