I like to run so I burn close to 1,000 calories running plus whatever else I do light resistance training maybe starmaster for 30 min. Probable between 1,000 minimum to 1,500 maximum. But start light and work into it.0

At least 1000 a day0

Usually between 250 and 500. I used to think it was a lot more until I got my hrm. I figure, as long as I'm working out every day and adjusting my calorie intake based on my calories burned that day, I'm good.0

500 in 1 to 1 1/2 hours0

I try to burn at least 400. Today I'm in a challenge with a friend to burn 500 so I'll just keep working out until I hit that number. Generally, that will take around an hour depending on what I do and how hard I do it. spinning and running cause me to burn the most.0

I try to aim for 600 cals in a 60-90 minute session. Depending on what your goals are, I would say to up it to at least 400 for better results. Make sure you're getting that strength training in there to build muscle & burn fat!0

i walk and run for 2 hrs, mostly walking at 3.5 mph then run at 6 or 7 mph for 60 seconds then take it back down to my walk pace for 60 seconds, i go back and forth as long a s i can and when am out of breath i just walk until i catch myself. i burn 800 calories doing this and i intend to burn 1000 tonight...0

Anywhere from 250-350 is usual for me. If I'm away from home I do some misc stuff and hit around 150. If it's summer and I take an epic bicycle ride, it can be 1000+, but that's very rare.0

I burn about 1000 - that's after a 2 hour workout though.
And I do not get too intense with it except when doing resistance.
I rest resistance Tuesday and cardio every 10 days or so.
My resistance is lower weights but high reps, then heavy every 3rd workout.
And I split my body into 3 muscle groups:
1. Legs
2. Chest- triceps - shoulders
3. Arms - back
I do a lot of weird things for cardio like military march, boxing type training,
dancing, floor rolls, squat thrust intervals and the good ole jumping jack.
And I jog, swim, play tennis, fast walk and bike.
Lost 64lbs and nearly 20% body fat - it works for me.0 -
normally any where between 400-800.
depends on my routine for the day.0 -
Right now, I mostly go off of my food for the day. I try to balance my exercise and food so that I come out with some extra
calories when the day is over. I'm experimenting with eating back most of my exercise calories, but not all of them.
So I burn about 200 - 300 I think a workout. :smokin:0 -
I am some where around 300-400 also, but the thing to keep in mind is what exactly your goals are. To lose a pound a week you have to lose on average 500 calories a day, that either needs to be burn 500 calories, eat 500 calories less or a combination of the two. If you burn 300 calories, then eat 200 less calories than you would have normally and you should lose the 1 pound a week. If you want to lose less or more than that per week then you will need to adjust accordingly.0

I'm typically at about 3000 per week, but I'm trying to up it to closer to 4500 per week burn!!!!0

I try not to burn more than a 1000 a day, but for me to be happy and feel that euphoric feeling it seems I need to get close to that.0
-
one in the morning and one in the evening0
-
depends but I aim for 400 on an "off" day (lazy feeling) but 500 at home, 600 or more if I'm in the gym for 60minutes or more.0
-
try to burn at least 400cals... that's about 45mins of running on the treadmill or 55mins of zumba class...0
-
My first response was going to be "2-4 bowls" but thats before i found out you meant calories...lol
I am bad about keeping up with my intake and burn off, but I workout 5 days a week for at least an hour, plus run sometimes, plus some randevous' with this hottie from my gym...so Id say Im burning at least 700+ a day0 -
According to MFP about 500 for an hour of high impact aerobics, which is my usual workout.0
