Hamstrings
I have noticed a lot of muscle building in my quads really well. I do squats, stair master and walking, and the elliptical. I am starting to see a lack in my hamstrings though. Do you guys know of any good exercises i can do to build muscle in my hamstrings, or even a website that may help?

Little confused
So Jillian's 30 day shred you are suppose to do every day for 30 days. But i have read over and over that your suppose to allow your muscles to relax because that is when they repair and build.. I am soo confused!!!!!!
