Ok, If you had a job you totally hate, I am talking you sometimes wish your car would break down or you would get rear ended to have a good excuse not to go hate for your job. If they had over time, not mandatory but it was there, but you already spent 8 hours of your day there with crap to do. not because you choose not to do anything, but literally your job is like a 2 hour amount of work so you sit there basically 6 hours starting hoping waiting for work. Would you stay overtime or would you rather go spend it with your child?!?!
