Yesterday when I was doing the 30DS in my left leg i could barely do squats because it just burned.. Is that a pulled muscle or just my muscle working and building? Anyone know?

People perceive pain in different ways. To me, a burning sensation is simply a result of using muscles more intently that normal. The burning is caused by a build up of lactic acid which will eventually be reduced to nominal levels after a few work outs.
A cutting sensation is usually a symptom of damage.
A pop, crunch, or snap followed by a cutting sensation means I did something really bad.0 -
Thanks for the info. I only got the burning sensation when I actually do the movement that is being done. other than that i just feel tenderness from working out.0
