You can't beat yourself up about it. It's the same way for me. Just know that you also deserve a little break every once in a while! Make sure that you are right back on track tomorrow!

Ok so you have acknowledge that. What do you tend to do about it? Give in to the cravings or put on your big girl pants and find ways to deter the next few days from being a repeat of the same?

No one likes the cravings, the mood swings, the bloating and all the above it can bring but we have to stop giving in so easily to it. Yep I said it easily. Its harder to stand up to yourself and say I'm not going to do it.

Right now look in the mirror and have a long hard talk with yourself. If you want to reach your goal without all the added disappointments then you have to man up!

I am SO with you... It has been a really long week, and I swear today has gone on for about 15 hours and not just the 6 I've been at work... And then to top it off, our wonderful secretaries brought treats for us teachers... and I just couldn't resist!

BUT hey, let's move on and start again tomorrow!! We can do it together!

You don't have to wait until tomorrow to get back 'on track'. You can do it anytime you want and as often as you want. It's a lifestyle change not just until you get down to a goal weight kind of change. Best wishes.

I agree. I know some people have a hard time with TOM, but it's just like any other day. I fight cravings EVERY SINGLE DAY. What makes TOM so special to allow me to give in? NOTHING! Keep pushing through. Don't get down on yourself, because we all do it every once in a while...but don't let TOM give you an excuse! You can do it!!!
