Need Some advise on my workouts.

So I have started my new goal of working out 5-6 days a week. Gym or at home as long as i get a work out in. I will admit i am horrible at doing weights and weight machines. I am 187lbs, and probably about 80% fat still! I know weight lifting is good because you burn more cals for a longer part of time. But i am wondering since I still have so much fat to burn right now, how good is weight lifting for me at this point?? I neglect it A LOT! Any advise will be awesome! Thank you!

  • How did you come up with 80%? I'm pretty sure that's not possible.

    I just over estimating LOL... I am pretty sure i have a high fat %, so I am just wondering if I should concentrate more like i have been on cardio or should i treat weight lifting as important as cardio?

    I think you should do both for best results.
