I have brought out some old cds from the past either rock, dance trance etc. Good to listen to thw past but not relive the past in weight..... :tongue:

Good ideas - we use ziplock bags alot in our house too. Great for dividing up and freezing meat, portioning treats like chocolate button and keeping a few in the car with some nuts in them just incase you need a snack on the go.

Cheers guys we are both doing it and really enjoy it. Its really hard when I have been at home for 5 months doing nothing due to back surgery...Second surgery in 3 weeks..All the best for you guys too
