I have been a Beach Body on Demand user since the beginning (4ish years I believe) and love it. Dance Workouts are not my thing but BOD has several (Cize, Hip Hop Abs, Country Heat, etc.). I love that my husband and I can both find workouts geared to our own goals.

My weekend was a bust. Saturday was an event at work so of course yummy food, I have no will power. Today I ate pretty decent. No work out though!

I am not doing the 21 Day Fit work out, right now I'm finishing 30 Day Shred then I plan on P90x3. Anyone else using a different workout? Day 4 went well. I did have a couple Hershey kisses but otherwise ate my planned foods! I wish I could have more fruit

Just finished working out for today. I'm a little nervous about lunch-my daughter and I are meeting my mom at Jason's Deli. I believe in hey have a gigantic salad bar with tons of fruit, veggies and protein options. I'll do my best!

I'm still finishing 30 day shred but I did get my workout in! I'm surprised how much food I was able to eat. I love the meal plan!

Hello! I'm Niki. I am a 33 year old mother of two, interior designer. I have started and stopped P90x and P90x3 a few times but really need to kick my butt into gear! I'm carry about 20 lbs of "baby weight" and that baby just potty trained so I'm thinking it's time to lose it!

P90x3 was more doable for me with working full time and having a family but I like the original nutrition plan better.

I love my Misfit Shine. It is waterproof and it claims to be one of the best for tracking swimming. I don't swim so I cannot promise anything! Currently, mfp does not sync with the Shine...

I love my KitchenAid. It is about 4.5 years old and still blends/chops ice as well as it did when we bought it. It was used daily to chop ice for most of those 4.5 years. I think it was about $100ish.

Hello All-I am due June 19th with my second. I have a 20 month old daughter and finally lost all the weight from that pregnancy when I got pregnant with this little one! My goal is to stay withi the recommended 25-335 lbs unlike last time (49lbs). Congrats to everyone!

When I do 30DS level 1, I remind myself that the hard part is done (I find the first circuit the most difficult) and tell myself that I am 1/2 done or whatever it maybe. It keeps me moving! And it does get better each day. Slow down if you need to or ditch the weights for a day.

I would do the 30ds everyday and stick with cardio at the gym as often as you like.
