Hi I found out on Christmas Day that I'm pregnant and was wondering whether anyone here is in the same boat as me? It would be great to know how you are coping with morning (all day lol) sickness and what changes to your diet/exercise you're making?

Not anymore (or ever again) but I am nursing my youngest. Make sure you get the extra calories in but DO NOT EAT FOR TWO! I did, unfortunately, and gained 80, 85 & 50 pounds. I can assure you that my babies were nowhere near that size, and only one of us got to pack that weight around after they were born. Congrats on starting things off right and looking for healthy choices!
Edit: No morning sickness with my first. Crackers in bed before I got out of bed helped with my second and I needed the prescription diclectin with my third so I could do things other than dry heave.0 -
I am! Sorry my reply is a bit late but I just searched for anything pregnancy related!
I am about 16 weeks. I am trying to watch what I eat so I don't gain as much as I did with my first (49lbs) because it sucked losing it and well, it was not needed. I would like to stay within the recommended 25-35 lbs this time!
I am no longer all that ill, unless triggered by a nasty smell but I did have a rough first trimester. Making sure to eat at least something small right away in the morning helped, so did making sure to eat before I was starving. Waiting too long to eat was my biggest problem. If I waited too long, I got dizzy then once I ate I was ill.0 -
Hopefully. But no. Probably not. But maybe. But no.0

This is a really good place to start....... Oh, I am pregnant too and congratulations!0 -
No, I'm definitely not. However, just wanted all to know that Weight Watchers will not let Jessica Simpson endorse them now that she is pregnant again. Why not? Glad that MFP has a site. If WW is so healthy, what's the problem? That speaks volumes to me. I wish you a happy healthy pregnancy!0

I am 18 weeks 3 days. I had awful morning sickness myself. Still get a little nauseous from time to time, but for the most part it has gone away. It will get better! :-)0
