Thanks for the link. I started doing dips a year ago with my trainer and have finally worked my way up to a minute. They are hard! Good for core tho! Definitely hard!

Skipping rope, I can do, but I can't do normal jump rope where you're just jumping in place. My trainer realized that real fast and now just makes me skip rope alternating my feet. :(

I do follow their calorie levels, but I don't eat back the exercise cals they give me back. I adjusted the macros, tho, 30/30/30, I think... or pretty close because it does auto adjust a little.

Welcome, everyone! I will add the no soda to the challenge list for our voters! Even tho i have cut out reg soda, i still drink a diet more often than i want to jsut for the caffeine. I think a group is an excellent idea. I will create it after class today, my very last one!! I will send the link!

I eat 1200 calories a day, meet with a trainer once a week, and work out at the gym on weekends. I lift weights, do cardio, core-strengthening, etc... circuit training.
