what calorie level do you go by and do you follow thier macros?

I do follow their calorie levels, but I don't eat back the exercise cals they give me back. I adjusted the macros, tho, 30/30/30, I think... or pretty close because it does auto adjust a little.0

My calorie intake is suppose to be 1400 which I strive to get to on high exercise days but will settle for 1200 on low exercise days. Getting my calories up past 1000 has been a struggle that I am starting to get a handle on. As for the macros, I shoot to go over on protein and fiber. I try to go under ont he others except sugar. If it is natural sugar (like from fruit) I don't worry about it. I do watch processed sugars.0

i set it for active cause i do housekeeping m-f for 7 hours at a college and exercise almost everyday.0
