T.T I want muscles and as little fat as possible. What should I do?

Wow. Thank you for your feedback and links. I think I'll tone it done a little, until I can meet with my doctor and dietician. Maybe I can aim for 170-180 and just workout longer. I'm worried that I'm burning up muscle now. I'll continue reading additional comments. :)

Yes. I only lift about 40lbs now , but can I be around 115lbs and be able to lift 70 lbs easy? Or will I have to weigh more?

I am working out, so I won't have to buy new clothes and also, I am training to be able to lift 70lbs easily. (I want to become a stock person in a grocery store). If I only weigh about 115 lbs is this reasonable?
