Well done Mandyhoward! Sounds like you rocked the shred! And fantastic stats too! Thanks for the reminder, maybe we should do a stats chart? You don't have to give your start and end stats if you don't want to, just the difference in inches/cm.

Wow! We have a great group shaping up! Good luck with the 30DS/BFBM Cwilliams8676, thats a tough challenge! I'm working back up to BFBM, its been a long time since I did it and I don't think I could jump back into it. Its a fab workout though.

after a bad couple of weeks ( I dived into the biscuit tin and couldn't climb out) I'm up tp 164. Far too close to 12 stone fo rmy liking so back on track as of today. 11st. 2lbs I'm coming to get yah!

THIS! I don't loose on 1200, at first I did but once my body got used to it the loss stopped and I got very frustrated. Upping my calories to 1400 however saw the weigh coming off steadily again. Some of us need more than others to keep our metabolism going x

I have a plain copper IUD (not sure of the brand name) and I love it. It was no more uncomfortable than having a smear test to put in and its been great for the last 3 years. I did have 2 pretty heavy periods after it was first done, but was told to expect that. I'd definitely recommened one x
