Is any one else having trouble putting todays burns in the spreadsheet? I can't get mine in!

If you keep looking in the data base you should find a weight in g's. Most things are there, they just take a bit of searching for. Cups dont really equate to weight they are a measure of volume, a cup of something dense like raw meat would weigh significantly more than a cup of dry cereal, but they occupy the same volume.

I also have weak ankles and knees that hurt in the same way yours do. The only thing I can suggest is start off slowly and build up gradually. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work out dvd. Its a circut training session that lasts about 25 mins per day and is pretty tough. Its broken down into 3 circiuts of 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio and 1 min abs - sounds easy right? Lol its not, but I got excellent results with it.

Try interval training (HIIT), spend a couple of minutes running all out at your top speed (after warming up), then walk for the same number of mins and repeat. After 15 - 20 mins you should be completely burnt out. This is the best way of reducing fat (or so I've read on the MFP boards)

I buy the childrens size cadbury bars (come in a pack of 6 at tesco), only 110 cals each. Also cadburys time outs (single finger) are around the 100 cals mark too, and finger of fudge is only a little bit higher

My husband is struggling with severe depression and feeling so low combined with his meds has meant hes put on a lot of weight, which in turn is making him feel even worse. So I'd be very interesed in the responses you get to this post.
