A running store would help you out. I have flat feet and recently bought the Asic Nimbus 15. I LOVE them. They haven't yet hurt my feet.

Where do you find the recipes to use it? I have never heard of spaghetti squash before.

I had great success with weight watchers. Lost 88 lbs in 2010 and have kept it off ever since. Going to a meeting every week and weighing helped me.

Maybe I should eat then take it at night. I normally take it right after a good lunch. Thanks for all the input! The slow fe makes me sick, too.

Do you know what a normal level was? I just know my blood cell count was low..

I'm trying to get away from taking the iron transfusions. Every iron pill I have tried makes me SO sick! :(

I'm 5'8 and big boned as well. I'm stuck at 170 and can't get any lower. It's so tough.. I want to weigh 150.
