What's considered reasonable calorie intake?
Hi everybody. I'm trying to lose at least 25 more pounds. I"m 5'8 and weigh roughly 172 lbs.. I'm just trying to figure out if 1200 is enough or is 1400 too much? Thoughts are appreciated. I'm a female by the way.. Also, I need some motivated on reaching my goal to finish Couch to 10k. I'm on week 5.

Hello all. I'm bad anemic and trying to raise my iron. Do any of you guys have any good foods that will help for this? I eat spinach.. and don't like liver :)

New at this. Need advice on calories.
Hey everybody. I'm 5'8 and not huge but not little :) I'm also female. I'm trying to do 1200 calories but it's too hard, especially with exercise. If I do 1400, I can't tell a difference. I tracked for a week and didn't lose a pound. It's kind of discouraging. Thanks for the input!
