Ok, I think I have this figured out. The ladies are doing all the nominating because the guys are: 1) too scared (or too smart) to leave someone off their list, or 2) too lazy and are willing to let the ladies do all the work for them and just reap the benefits, or 3) too busy writing down all these names!
