real butter and coconut butter/oil are real foods, the other stuff youre going to think of (like margerines) arent. I stick to real foods as much as possible

It depends on your shape. I have an hourglass shape so even thin I'd wear a larger size than someone who has no hips or booty

Not counting losing like 25 lbs having a baby haha...about 7 lbs. But it was a lot from losing excess water I'm sure.

For me, that fat makes you fat. Um, other people used to tell me to eat less to lose weight but they literally meant physically less....like they thought if I just skipped the apple that would help. Eating more (lean meats, vegetables, eggs) and less (muffins, candy, chips) is what helps.

I never felt like this before stopping the gluten so I figured its some sort of terrible gluten detox? Like when an alcoholic stops drinking and life is hell for a while.

Off topic I know but why does endorsement by WW matter to anyone, they endorse all kinds of junk. They endorse snack cakes, and frozen desserts and frozen dinners...Ww endorsement makes me want to eat it less....

I think its a persons' own choice to think of themselves as they wish. Since curvy is a subjective thing. You can overweight and be very shapely and attractive.

Part of it may be because your body is hungry to maintain itself and a igger person needs more cals to maintain current weight? Part of it may be that a person who has more appetite eats more gets bigger, less appetite eats less stays smaller.

You can love your self and want to lose weight. I love myself.I'm awesome. My fiance loves me. But I want to be healthier, and being healthier means eating better etc etc. If I was fat looking but healthy bodied I wouldn't care. Its whats going on inside that matters to me.
