I found a rare pic of my highest weight...I've come a long way
I came across this old photo. Im not sure of my weight there, somewhere over 360 but i was not exactly weighing myself regularly. It was before I got on proper meds for my hashimotos thyroiditis, and I was really, really sick. The second pic is from this week. Im somewhere in the 270s now and going down steadily.

COLD ALL THE TIME
I keep joking w my spouse that I'm way too fat to be cold all the time. If its a little cold in a room ill be freezing. Sometimes I'm just freezing for no reason,like you can touch my nose or hands and they will feel freezing to other people and the other people are fine. havent lost weight in at least two weeks...

how do you decide how much to exercise?
I worked out for 135 minutes today (a combination of a lot of vigorous Zumba,circuit training a la 30 day shred,and some strengthening exercises) and some people in my life are giving me crap because I'll "overdo it". I feel amazing,I almost did another hr of Zumba before bed but one of my kids woke up.

What have you NEVER done because you were overweight ?
...that you're looking forward to doing? One thing I've never done is wear single digit pants. The smallest size I ever remember getting I was a preteen and I was a 12/14. I'd love to someday be able to wear a 9. Just to be able to say I broke out of plus sizes for the first time ever.
