I do that too! I also only log the weights on here from my nutritionists office,to me that's my "official" weight.

Its weird, my brain hasnt adjusted at all and i dont actually feel like ive lost weight really, just see it in photos

I had my levels done in december, im on 175 synthroid and im always careful i dont miss a dose and i dont eat for an hr etc. I am suppposed to have them redone soon,i have tumors on my thyroid and have dealt w goiter for about a year so its been kinda a crazy yr vs the previos 6 yrs where 50 was a fine dose

I guess it would help if I understood all the target heart rate *kitten* I'm seeing online (when trying to make sure I'm working hard enough) BC my bike measures hr continuously but I don't get how you know your target hr

I would either be using it in the evening in a room next to people trying to sleep or during the day in the same room as my spouse who would be trying to sleep (he works nights) so jet engine isn't a choice lol

I do not have room to have the bike in the house at all. There is nowhere to hook it up. I have incredibly small living space.

I can't fit a whole bike in my house. I do not have the space. There are upright exercise bikes,even foldable ones. But what I've seen so far are lower weight limits. I need to be able to order online. I do not have a car for Craigslist etc.

Ive lost over 40,and the hardest thing is the waiting for the day when I look like a person who exercises etc. bc im fat, its easy to assume I eat pie and watch daytime tv and thats my life. Also the loose skin on my arms is pretty noticeable now but honestly I couldnt care less,its better than being 355lbs

If every kid brings in cupcakes then theres like 25 days of extra cake. It ends up being a lot. My sons class last yr had a lotof restrictions. His school had all whole wheat,no fried food etc. Its not bad. You can have cupcakes at home.

I love onions so I dice half an onion and cook it and add two eggs,sometimes instead I do a quarter onion and some spinach. I do whole egg tho not whites

Its a process! You have to exercise your will power like a muscle and over time it gets stronger. I used to be able to eat twice as much as I do now (as in what gives me a but of a stomachache now I could eat 2x then)
